On Saturday, 16.11. from 11.00 a.m., the traditional Red Thread will once again wind its way through the art locations in Lychen and the surrounding area under the motto “rooted and leafy”.

From 11.00 a.m., Berlin sculptor Nele Ströbel will be showing her latest linoleum collages on Japanese paper in the bookshop under the title Botanics. Her motifs are reminiscent of the neuronal spores and networks with which plants communicate. Bionic structures, chaotic in appearance and yet full of systems of order, fascinate the artist. Her works are intended to inspire reflection on the life of nature in times of urban gentrification. Drinks and meet the artist between leaves and pictures from 5.00 pm.

The exhibition runs until 16.12.24. All events at the Antiquariat in Fürstenberger Str. 19, admission is free.
