Competition project

The outdoor sculpture Fountain, made of blue refined steel, was designed for the entrance roundel of the district hospital Vilshofen/Lower Bavaria. With an overall height of 6.40 m, it corresponds with the surrounding buildings. With the help of three light green steel tubes, the surface, whose basic shape develops from three morphed circles, opens up into a cylindrical spatial form of 26 cm by 250 cm in diameter, tilted slightly from the vertical. The foundation consists of a 1.40 m high mound of greenery.
