The basic dynamic geometry is inspired by the bird flight formations in the historic park of Bogenhauser Bürgermeistergarten. The 37 parts of this surface opening are braced in the 67.5° solid angle as an 8.28 m spiral in the building. The 12 different sub-groups and the 42 cm sun-shaped core piece in the center of the structure were digitized and cut from a 2 cm thick aluminum disk with a diameter of 2.30 m using water jet technology.
