For safety, cyclists ride on a painted red “blood trail” through metropolitan areas. This is to be changed, with the same signal effect to a more appealing appearance.
A floor plan was developed in cooperation with the bicycle department of the Deutsches Museum and the ADFC. This was inspired by the sinusoidal movement of the front wheel and the view of a cyclist. It was cut out of white cardboard as a multible and laid out as a test track in the Westpark.
The goal of the project was to make the fragile beauty of the technical marvel that is the bicycle visible on the roadway.
It applies to the significant road user on
