"Viburnum" in the atrium of the waiting area of the traumatology department

"Viburnum" is a spatial silhouette of a Japanese Snowball depicting individual blossoms popping out.

160 cm in diameter, the metal disk is positioned at a 25° angle in the atrium. The blossom forms are attached to the tilted surface with long, thin stainless steel rods. They make up a floating layer of blossoms that lies perfectly horizontally on the surface of the water.

This is an inspiring eye-catcher for trauma patients who are transported lying down. Its appearance changes greatly depending on the daylight coming in through the atrium.
