The devotional picture for a private living space was suggested
by the 18th century Freising Madonna from the Jetzendorf
parish.
A lily, although carved from linden wood, still seems
fragrant.
It is offered by the slender fingers of the Madonna.
The hands of a contemporary are holding them for 21st century
worshipers.
A photographic detail of the Immaculata becomes the window for
meditation.
This motive is burned into 6 mm thick glass. The stainless-steel
cassette is designed to store the picture as well as serve as a
stand.
