Kreuzblume 1996/97

The 33 elements of this work were created from the geometric segmentation of a 2 cm thick, 4'85" m diameter aluminum disk. The two largest, outer forms of this contour are 3'40" m long and 40 cm wide. The 33 elemenst are cut by water jet, layered with powder paint, and form a spiral which is hung on the diagonal through the 27 m high space using steel cables.
