Hartfrid Neunzert is an art historian and head of
the city museum in Landsberg, Germany. He studied art history and
teaching in Munich and has developed exhibitions on historical and
contemporary art, commercial art, and technology. He designed and
installed the new city museum in Landsberg (1987), installed the
Herkomer museum at the Mutterturm in Landsberg (1990), and has
published 25 individual catalogs of a series on art history in
Landsberg as well. His most important exhibitions include: Sir
Hubert von Herkomer 1988, Alois Wolfmüller, Inventor and
Flight Technician 1991, Landsberg Gold and Silversmiths 1994,
Mansel Lewis and Hubert Herkomer 1999, Samuel Bak, Once and Now,
